Welcome to Mamori Foods Ltd. (“Mamori”, “we”, “our,” or “us”). By using our mobile and web-based application (together referred to as the Mamori Platform), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Mamori Platform.

1.1.2 The content you upload, including likes, product scans, or other materials you submit via the Mamori Platform (Your Content);

1.1.3 The rights and restrictions on the use of any content provided by us or third parties via the Mamori Platform (Mamori Content).

1.2 By using the Mamori Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

2. Who Can Use Mamori?

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or otherwise use the Mamori Platform.

2.2 You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, and you agree to keep it updated.

2.3 The Mamori Platform is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited unless authorised by us in writing.

3. Your Account

3.1 You may create an account with Mamori to access personalised features and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account at [email protected].

4. Accessing the Mamori Platform

4.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Mamori Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

4.2 We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend any part of the Mamori Platform without notice.

4.3 While we strive to maintain the availability of the Mamori Platform, access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, updates, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruptions.

5. Your Content

5.1 By uploading content to the Mamori Platform, you confirm that:

5.1.1 You own or have the necessary rights to upload and share the content;

5.1.2 Your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, display, modify, and distribute Your Content on the Mamori Platform and in connection with our services.

5.3 We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Standards.

6. Acceptable Use Standards

6.1 You agree not to use the Mamori Platform to:

6.1.1 Upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful;

6.1.2 Transmit harmful code, such as viruses, or engage in activities that could disrupt our services;

6.1.3 Engage in unsolicited advertising, spam, or unauthorised promotional activities.

6.2 We reserve the right to monitor content and remove or disable accounts that violate these standards.

10.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Mamori Platform if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

10.2 You may deactivate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon deactivation, you will no longer have access to the Mamori Platform.
