Got questions? We’ve got answers

Mamori is designed to be clear, but here’s a little extra help if you need it.

Is Mamori really free?

Yes — Mamori will always be free to use. You can scan products, get personalised feedback, and explore better alternatives without paying. We're working on optional features in the future, but core access stays free.

How accurate is the feedback?

Mamori’s classifications are built by nutrition experts and follow EU and WHO guidance. Your feedback is always tailored to the profile you set — not just generic scores or calorie counting.

What kind of products does Mamori recognise?

You can scan millions of foods — from major supermarket brands to local European items. If something’s missing, you can suggest it and we’ll prioritise adding it.

Will this help with my condition or diet?

Mamori supports filters for a range of needs — including diabetes, IBS, low-sodium, gluten-free, plant-based and more. You can set these in your profile and update them anytime.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We don’t sell your data.

Does Mamori work in my country?

Mamori works worldwide — but we’re starting strong in Europe.

You can use Mamori from any country, but our product recommendations are most complete in the EU right now. We're working on importer agreements to expand coverage.

How do I report a mistake or missing product?

Inside the app, you’ll see an option to “report” or “suggest an edit” after scanning. Our team reviews all suggestions, and we use community input to improve fast.
